MADISON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - More than 800 American Electric Power customers are without power Thursday evening following an accident. Dispatchers in Madison County say a one-vehicle accident happened shortly after 6 p.m. where a car ended up on its side. A power pole snapped and brought a live power line down.
